Every member of staff here is amazing. Friendly, caring and professional. Archana has managed to get me having the procedures I need, that I would never have done before without sedation. I am a terrible patient and they are all,so good with calming me and making me feel at ease. The nurses are incredible along with reception staff. They actually have no idea what they have done for me, nit only in terms of dentistry but building my confidence to actually go regularly and not put it off. Karishma was great! Really personable and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable from the offset and well informed about my check up and the potential road maps ahead when it comes to treatment.
Karishma fully understands the challenges that maintaining good dental health poses to children/young people with SEN. She is fully supportive, and will always refer onwards to specialists. She understands their anxiety. Very pleased she returned after her maternity leave.
Very friendly, professional and did a great job. Felt extremely comfortable throughout the procedure. Honestly it is the best dental surgery I have ever been too.
