Absolutely LOVED my dentist and her assistant, I didn’t catch either of their names but if they see this and recognise my name, YOU ARE BOTH SO LOVELY! Thank you for the wonderful work on my teeth and the sweet compassion for the work I needed + my phobia of needles! You both are great, be my dentists until I die <3 thank you

Bewbush used to be a very good practice but has gone downhill over the last couple of years. I had an appointment yesterday, the time had been changed and I had to wait. The reception/slash waiting area was quite chaotic and I felt uncomfortable. Staff were always behind the reception desk speaking in low voices and whispering. I didn't get to see a dentist (I was told the senior dentist would call me so I went home). I have been considering cancelling my plan and my experience yesterday made the final decision for me, I have now cancelled it.

Awful practice. The staff are unprofessional and unhelpful, and evidently have had no form of workplace training. The actual appointment was extremely brief and proper checks were not performed. After having looked at only my lower teeth for about 30 seconds, the dentist said all was fine and sat my chair up. I had to request for him to look at my teeth properly for a second time, which even then, I was in and out within 5 minutes, and still, proper checks were not performed. Recommend to avoid this practice to not waste your time, money, or health

My first experience at this clinic as I had transferred from the Handross practice. Milland Chudasama is an excellent dentist. He took time to answer all of my questions and gave great advice for my onward treatment. The receptionist was professional and friendly the surgery was well laid out and plenty of parking. I highly recommend this dental practice.
