Always so pleasant and chatty, can always get an appointment. Really lovely practise inside too. Plus WiFi so I can still work when I bring my son.
Today I took my daughter to see Dr Young at Cranleigh Orthodontics to begin treatment following a referral from our dentist. I just wanted to thank the whole team for their hugely professional and caring approach. He and his team took extra time to explain the process, outline the various options, and even prepare us for some of the challenges we might face along the way. I left feeling completely confident that we’ve chosen the right team to look after my daughter. Thank you, everyone!
We have continuously struggled with appointments being cancelled and changed..I absolutely understand circumstances happen although we have had a number of cancellations.. The nurses are really lovely and great at their jobs. It's just a shame the appointment system lets the service down..
Really great experience today after my daughter being referred, all staff so friendly and professional, explain everything they are doing so well, such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to her coming here for her treatment.
