Never had a problem with the surgery (Arbor), been a patient since birth. Can be hard to get through sometimes but that is to be expected (I don’t think people realise how many people use a GP surgery on a daily basis!) Very prompt with dealing with babies and as a first time parent this is very reassuring.
Receptionist was very rude even tho I was talking politely and just asking about the appointment I had a letter come out for an appointment scheduled today and I was politely asking about it newly registered and it was for my babies injections and the receptionist was very loud and insisted that I’m dumb to look over the letter again even though I knew what day and time the letter said, and I don’t drive so I had to pay to get myself and my baby there while tight on money and all I get told was “check the letter properly next time” when I did and that’s why I was there I don’t usually like …

I've had other GPs in other countries as a student and had 2 hospital appointments within days of a problem when their tests came back negative, they actually pushed to see what the issue was instead of going ooop tests are negative so you must be lying.…
Lakes practice Haven't been able to see a doctor here since before covid. Always over the phone diagnosis, or told to go to a&e. Is it any wonder a&e is so packed when people are getting nowhere with their own doctor. Receptionist are usually very nice
