5 star rating. Had an appointment with Dr Kirsty Whyte. Was so nervous and fearful and especially worried after some years of neglect with my teeth. Kirsty is fantastic, keeps you calm and relaxed, is very reassuring. Explained the X-rays to me clearly and left the surgery much happier about what treatment is required.
I am a very anxious person when it comes to needles. I feel there is a need to be provide more support and input with regard to managing people who have dental treatment and there phobia/fear of pain/needles/sensitivity. It's a struggle in today's climate to get a dentist so that adds to the additional difficulties of getting treatment/checkups on a regular basis.
Surgery always try to help and fantastic service as usual. I have been with this surgery for a while and Dr Shenoy is very caring and always go out her way to help. Very great doctor. Thank you
First time at Breeze dental surgery Cowdenbeath. ✨️From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed at reception. ✨️I was very nervous ... but both the dentist and the dental nurse were kind and reassuring throughout my appointment.
