My daughter was in with Lucy this morning she was so lovely made her feel really at ease. Also the nurse as well who held her hand while getting frozen thank you. ❤️ would highy recommend
I’m very suspicious of the 5- star reviews… Christine Thomson is primarily focused on money, is disliked and feared by her staff, argumentative, rude and shouldn’t be in any customer facing business. Response: As the person I am complaining about owns the practice, there is no point in following up my complaint!
All the staff were extremely courteous and efficient. Christine's dental care is exemplary. She's is a perfectionist with her treatments. I've always felt at ease and nothing is ever too much trouble. My children are also extremely comfortable in her care and they're always great at accommodating family appointments. Having attended other dentists over the years, I couldn't recommend Vita Dental Care highly enough.
My experience at Vita Dental Care has been fantastic since making the switch to this practice. Christine is a brilliant dentist who puts me at ease with her precision and clarity. The seventy mile round trip is well worth it for me.
