What a fabulous experience for my elderly Mum in the outpatient Geriatric medicine department. They know how to relate and treat elderly people to put them at ease, especially ones with Alzheimer's. This could have been a bewildering visit for my 91 year old Mum, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff, especially Lesley, made the whole visit a delight and Mum was calm and even making jokes! I can't praise them highly enough . She took care of the NHS non emergency ambulance service for us too. Keep up your amazing work 👍

Location for blood test is on Bryn Avenue. wrong address on appointment email. I was late for my bloods but the nurse was still able to take bloods quickly and easily.

Waited for an hour and a half for the phone to be picked up. When I joined the q I was number 13. After that it gradually went down, but I got a little suspicious when I was 6 then 8 then 6 again. When I got to the front of the q, I was number 1 SEVEN times just to be thrown back all the way to be number 5. HOW??? Riddiculous

Disgusting services from radiography who refused for my husband to come in with our 1 year old daughter for my pregnancy scan. Proceeded to say children are not allowed! Although she was being held with a pram and an adult to monitor,Despite me saying he has taken time off work and asking what will happen if he can’t take time off work next time and we have no extra help !! To which she said we have two weeks warning to sort it out!! No regards of others and parents or single parents with no added support. Made my first scan unbearable.
