I have been an NHS patient of Stephen Rainey's since his time in Lodge Road and moved to New Row when he began his own business. I have no complaints, all staff are helpful and professional, and Mr Rainey is an excellent dentist.
A professional practice with extremely high professional standards, from making me feel comfortable from the very outset when making the appointment, to explaining and taking through the dental procedures before being carried out. Genuinely cannot recommend highly enough, this experience has removed my childhood negative memories of going to the dentists with this positive experience.
I rang and asked for an NHS appointment just to quickly repair a filling that came out and got told they arnt accepting new patients. Highly dissapopinted.
Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
