1st off ALL other dentists in the local area need to take a page from the Cochrane dentals book. I was in major need of help and Paul and team had me booked in with in 3 hours. Being private I was expecting a massive bill at the end and how wrong was I the prices definitely do not reflect the love care and attention I received today. I felt at ease and comfortable and Paul made sure he explained everything to me so there was no surprise prodding. As for the receptionist team they where 100%, the telephone manner was exceptional and nothing but smiles from when I entered to when I left. I lo…
The staff throughout Cochrane dental care are friendly and welcoming. Paul puts you at ease and always helpfully explains any concerns he sees developing and the options to treat. I and my family can make informed decisions about subsequent treatment and know that nothing will be overlooked. Paul has such a passion for dentistry and evidently loves his job. This enthusiasm and willingness to help is evident throughout the whole team. Like many, I grew up with a fear of the dentist, but not anymore! Thanks to all at Cochrane dental care.
Honestly the best Dentist I've ever been to. Very kind and took the time to talk through and explain everything. Gave me options for treatment and advice for the future, and generally made it all pretty effortless. Blown away by the standard of dental care I got here, 5 stars!
