The Smile Clinic Colchester Town

I've have been using Smile for dental check ups since moving into the area in 2021 and have encountered nothing but the utmost level of professionalism. Recently I have had some dental work carried out over the past 6 months with Dr Nour Diabi and his assistant Madison. They have been very positive and receptive on each occasion, regularly checking that I've been ok throughout procedures and just generally lovely on each visit. I'm very happy with the work carried out and it has certainly improved my smile in many ways! Highly recommended practice.

I have been with this clinic for a few yrs now and I am not the best patient when it comes to dentist. I have always had good service the staff are so kind and very helpful. I get so worked up going to see the dentist but the Dr and Nurse are brilliant and understand. I highly recommend this practice in Colchester

I thought my appointment was for 11:30, actually it was 11:10 but they still saw me. The care I received from my dentist was fabulous, I have trouble with a clicky jaw and is painful keeping my mouth open. He was amazingly gentle, kind and considerate. Couldn't fault him in any way. For personal reasons I have had to cancel appointments at short notice and re-book them. They have bent over backwards to accommodate me. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

I could not be more delighted with what has been achieved over the last 25 months at the Smile clinic with Dr Prashar and the girls. For reference I'm nearly 40 and having to embrace full braces wasn't something I looked forward to, but I was desperate for them, so decided to take the chance. Having had an appointment every 6 weeks for my braces and every 6 months for check ups, for myself, husband and son, I can happily say I've never been disappointed.
