Lovely dental practice. Friendly..welcoming g and professional staff. Make you feel at ease at all times and any questions are answered. Immaculately clean environment...plenty of parking . I had a filling done and, as a very nervous patient, I was honestly dreading the appointment. However, the dentist and the whole team were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, nothing felt rushed, and they really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. The filling itself was much easier than I expected, and I felt genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice, especially to anyone who feels anxious about dental treatment.
My partner was left with half a tooth by his dentist and sent on his way to wait for a referral to have the rest extracted and no idea when this might be. We spoke with Siobhan at The Essex Dental Clinic who booked him an appointment for the same week to have the rest removed. My partner was in for 10 mins and the remaining tooth had gone, quick easy and pain free. Thank you to all the lovely staff, Santa’s Elf’s and Amy too for making us feel really welcome and giving my son a real Christmassy experience. Never felt so relaxed and looked after. I’m such a nervous patient so has tooth extracted under sedation. Everything went so well, my dentist was so empathetic and gentle with me. Can’t recommend or thank the clinic enough for my treatment.
