I was seen by Beth this morning, and was a bit nervous as I haven't been to the dentist for, ahem, "years". There was no judgement, just warmest welcome, kindest and most gentle approach. I'm already booked in for my follow up session. Thanks so much Beth and team.

I Have been with Oracle Dental Group in Coggeshall for many years and have always been impressed by the level of care I have received. I have been treated by several different dentists during that time and they have been supported by friendly and efficient staff. Whatever treatment you need, it is always fully explained. They are extremely kind and caring and put you completely at ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have not used this surgery but I needed to leave a review after few hours of ringing around dentists to try and find a nhs dentist and being meet with the same reply every time of NO NHS appointments then being tried to be upsold a denplan. I rang Oracle Dental Group and spoke with the most helpful, polite & compassionate receptionists, who offered me loads of helpful information, and also told me what to do if I am in pain she also took the time to explained the whole situation with the NHS appointments. I have been a patient at Oracle Dental Group in Coggeshall for over 20 years and have always had excellent service. They only do work which is absolutely necessary and always explain when and why it is needed. Highly recommended.
