I needed to have a crown replaced and was duly booked in. In my mind it was going to go like it did when the crown was first fitted, 30 years ago. I was expecting the big impression tray, and to go back in a few weeks to have the replacement crown fitted. I was astounded to find that time has moved on and that everything would be done there and then! In under an hour and a half the old crown was removed, the area underneath cleaned and a 3D printer-made new porcelain crown was fitted. Had my teeth cleaned etc by Rebecca the Hygienist supported by Emily On Monday. Rebecca has excellent delicate angel fingers! I have sensitive teeth and It was the best clean ever thank you 🙏
I attended yesterday for an emergency NHS appointment. The staff were all so lovely and helpful and made me feel very at ease. The dentist was very caring especially as I am crippled with back pain and made sure I was comfortable while she treated me.
I really liked the improvement to the surgery. Feels more welcoming and eased anxiety. Liked the i.t in the treatment room and the ceiling decor. Well done
