A massive thank you to ophthalmology clinic. Lucky to have been able to have cataract operations on both eyes through cancellations. Nurses and consultants very reassuring.Well done all clinic staff.
Main issue is parking, as it is on so many NHS sites. But the building is clean and tidy. Really could do with a coffee shop.
Parking a bit of a problem in car park, drove round for 5-6 minutes until I spoke to someone who was about to leave! Staff were all very polite & efficient. I was seen by 4 different people for various post-op eye tests, taking a total of 1h10 minutes. The most I was waiting for was about 15 minutes, quite acceptable. Was a bit warm in waiting area though, air-con or fans would’ve been much appreciated! 🥵
