We have always found the receptionists at Dedham Dental very helpful and friendly. Louis the young dentist is one reason we use Dedham Dental. He is thorough, attentive, understanding and does not want to leave a situation until both he and the patient are entirely satisfied. Also after my wife had tried various well respected and private dentists to make and fit her full dentures satisfactorily she had been disappointed as they didn’t fit properly and she couldn’t eat with them very well. Fantastic dentist. Fantastic assistant called Tegan. I can’t remember the dentist name but he was a youngish chap, with a beard. Really nice and explained everything in detail plus very knowledgable and kind also. Highly recommended.

I count myself extremely lucky to have been able to register as an NHS patient with this dental practice prior to 2020. During COVID I had a painful tooth infection, not withstanding the restrictions in place at the time, an appointment was promptly arranged, I saw the dentist who prescribed medication which cleared it up, and I’ve not experienced any further problems. Of the Dental Surgeons I seen at this practice all have been good, with a caring attitude. Checkups have been performed well and professionally, with useful oral hygiene advice given at each visit. There have been many changes over recent years but o was pleased to find that Luis was still the nhs dentist. I find him very thorough, friendly but professional and offers lots of welcomed advice. I really hope he continues his good work at Dedham. Also the receptionist and dental assistant were both very pleasant.
