I have a massive life long phobia of the Dentists. However prompted by an upcoming wedding, I braved taking advantage of the special offer for new patients I saw advertised on Facebook recently. I am so glad I did - not only did Rob and his team make me feel safe and in control from the outset, I was also very impressed with the reception team who were kind, approachable and professional. They made me feel welcome, informed and relaxed from the moment i arrived. The reception area is clean comfy and stylish with plenty of seating options. I have unfortunately had to visit the practice several times in the last couple months having neglected my dental health the last few years. Rob was welcoming from the outset and explained clearly what needed to be done to hopefully get me back in a better place dental wise. All staff from from front of house, nursing and the dentist have made this as welcoming and as straightforward as possible for me for which I am very grateful. Would highly recommend the practice to everyone. Hopefully see you in six months for a routine check!
I had an emergency appointment with Jack today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure was smooth and comfortable, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. I highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive dentist!
