Bupa - Ipswich Road, Colchester

Today I had a further appointment to complete work on my composite fillings with Dentist Sabawoon Katawazi. I must say I am very pleased and happy with the finishing work done today and indeed when the work was done initially. I think that Sabawoon was attentive and professional throughout. I also want to acknowledge the support from the dental nurse on each occasion. Thank you.

Dentist Sanjana Nayar and her dental nurse were fantastic! My daughter had such a positive experience at her appointment. The dentist was gentle, patient, and made her feel relaxed while explaining everything clearly. The dental nurse was friendly and supportive throughout. A wonderful, caring team — highly recommend!

After many years of going to Bupa Dental Care and paying for increasingly higher and higher charges for my hygienist, they have now introduced a higher price for customers like me who do not use one of their dentists, and the only reason for that is cause I was with them but they dropped me as they decided at the time to stop NHS dental. So this is not a company that values their customers, we're just there to be exploited, It now costs me £90 for a 20 mins hygienist appointment, but others customers don't pay as much!

I booked an NHS dental check up,the only available appointment was in 9 months. Having booked the appointment I get emailed from Ipswich Road bupa dental surgery saying this a appointment needs to be cancelled as the dentist has left the practice. Nearly 3 months later and I'm still awaiting an appointment, every time I phone I get the same answer, we haven't replaced the dentist yet we are still interviewing ,we will be in touch. Even the generic email, you are overdue for you check up has now stopped, something the reception told me they can't stop this message and have no control over it…
