All the staff at My Dentist put you completely at ease ,everybody is very friendly and welcoming. My dentist is Stan , and I can't recommend him enough. If there were 10 stars I would him 11

Our family has been with 'My Dentist' for at least 10 years, and I would say it definitely is the best dentist practice I have ever been to throughout my 59 years. We have a brilliant dentist called Stan and he is amazing. (I had to come for an emergency appointment and was very apprehensive to see anybody else, but unfortunately, I had no choice as I was in a bit of pain, and I saw a lady dentist - Pankti Dhirubhai Prabhakar, and she was so amazing too, put me at ease, very knowledgeable and very nice, gentle and friendly. I had previously given this dentist a 1 star due to the dentist we had before (Mo) I just got the impression he either couldn't carry out anything other than a check up or just couldn't be bothered!! Anyways today, we got brilliant treatment from a dentist called Abeer Ismail! Even my 11 daughter came out of the room and said I enjoyed that! She went above and beyond and we had a good giggle. Ask for this lady, you won't be disappointed. I hope this review reaches Abeer so she knows what a difference she has made to our my dentist visits. What an improvement 🙂

Had a filling done 8 months ago at the practice. The filling fell out in the last few days (meant to last 7 years minimum). I then called the practice to book in and they told me since the dentist who did the filling had left I would now have to have a check up and then at a later date have a new filling. All of which I had to pay for. When this happened in the past, at a different practice, I had a new filling appointment within a few days all free of charge. Horrible customer service. Shoddy work. Clearly only care about how much they make and not the customers.
