Waited over half an hour for my appointment with no apology when I eventually went in for my treatment or warning when I arrived I would be waiting so long. They must know how long a patient is going to be so a heads up that I would be waiting a while would have been appreciated. Extremely unprofessional attitude & very bad manners to think that their time is more important than anyone else’s.

I suffer from high anxiety and have a needle phobia. Dr Yasser and his team of 2 nurses were amazing, from the second I walked in they were professional, reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. Tooth extraction was done so smoothly without any pain or discomfort whatsoever.

Mr Greenwood is exceptionally good at his job, makes you feel at ease and listens to your problems you have been having. He shows compassion and a caring nature throughout your visit. Respects what you say and asks if you have any concerns, or worries about your teeth/ mouth. Very polite and very understanding. Would recommend this dentist as the receptionist are caring and do there very best to get appointments.

Robert always greets you with a friendly smile and puts you at ease. He is thorough, professional and is careful not to cause any pain, and explains everything in a simple way. I am much more relaxed when visiting the dentist than i was previously! Great service in every way!
