It's taken me a long time to feel totally comfortable and trusting of a dentist again - long story ! Thankyou so much Rachel and Sarah too for helping me to be in a good place ! VERY happy with their first class treatment, care and understanding. If you need a brilliant dentist look no further, I would recommend St Peters Avenue practice to anyone.
Rachael is an absolute superstar. She has transformed my ancient front teeth at a very reasonable cost. I am thrilled with the results. Thank you to her and her excellent team of dental nurses.
I am incredibly nervous of going to the dentist, and my previous NHS dentist never seemed to have any appointments. It had been quite some time since I had seen a dentist partly due to lack of appointments, and partly due to my own fear. Mr Merchant was so kind, and explained everything as he went along - because I was so nervous I didn't take everything in and I emailed with a few questions to put my mind at ease. Today I had a call from one of the dental nurses and she was so lovely, and explained everything again for me. I have some appointments to attend in the next month or so, but …
Terrible. I have toothache for a week and I called them to make an appointment. And they book me one for the next day. I was late for 15 minutes because I am with my baby and need to find a car park so I was late. When I turn up, the receptionist just relied coldly say we have to reschedule you another one. Very unfriendly
