Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic - Cirencester

So far have no complaints. Very pleased with service. More flexibility in payments allowing monthly payment plans my other Dentists at Fairford and then recently at Carterton couldn't provide and want the money completely upfront. Very pleased as now my father can afford the dental treatment he needs and better for myself too for my hygienists appointments. Cosmetic dentist has done very good job of my mouth so far. Cant wait until I've got my smile back.

It’s been almost a year now since I got registered with Genix. Initially it was all good. At start of this year I broke my tooth and asked for a bridge. The dentist tried his level best to convince me to go for a denture (false tooth) which I didn’t want at all. Dentist then agreed and after 3 appointments finally installed the bridge. I was happy until just after 10 days when it came out despite all my care. I had to rush and get it fixed. My dentist wasn’t available so another one fixed it and it came out just 3 weeks after that. STAY AWAY FROM, Since I stated coming to this dentist I have had nothing but issue I came for filling just over 2 weeks ago I’ve had nothing but pain for this whole time! My teeth have been taken way to high my front tooth god knocked during the filling and is now deteriorating I’m in nothing but agony 3 111 trips later I have a infection and still serious issue because I need to go to “my dentist “ to fit them , they don’t offer same day or even next day treatment when yours in pain unless you are able to Afford private. Top dentist Was very appreicetive when I was stuck in traffic and road works i told them I would be 5 mins late and it ended up 20 mins late and most would turn you away and i was very thankful that they still allowed me to see a dentist amazing the front desk reception and Paul my dentist i was seeing this day were amazing freindly ,professional ,and understanding i am so glad I am here and not in amy other dentist Top place so proud you all keep up the ggod work team 👍😀
