I was in agony yesterday with an abscess in a lower molar. At about 1a.m I messaged the surgery. At approximately 09:00 this morning I received a text, saying that they could give me an emergency appointment at 12.30. Im a very nervous patient, but I was put at ease by Ruby ,the receptionist. The waiting area is very bright and spacious. 2 minutes before my appointment time , the dentist Sadiq took me into the consultation room. He did an X ray then informed me that the abscess was bad and that the tooth needed to be removed. He and his assistant were extremely kind and reassuring. The ext…
