The Village Dental Care

Following a checkup I visited on 13 November 2025 for the first of two appointments and received top quality service from all staff. All staff were friendly and professional. Dr Shakeri (who was great) I think has now retired but both dentists now there (upstairs and downstairs) are excellent and have a calming effect on me. Very good dentist. I was told by previous dentist's that I could not have a root canal but he managed to save my tooth. Very patient, explained everything and treated my tooth with care and attention. The reception staff and also the dental nurse are very friendly. Would highly recommend this dentist practice.

Horrible experience. Rude staff. Called previous week & explained I was new to the area. Gave details of my private dental insurance over the phone & was instructed to stop by to register which entailed filling out medical history form. As soon as I walked in the door the woman at the front desk assumed I was an NHS patient (based on appearance?) and snarled they weren't accepting new NHS patients without bothering to ask if I had private dental insurance. Tagi and the girls on reception are amazing nothing is to much trouble to help you been in twice this week sort a tooth out and nothing has been more helpful then the staff at that dentist I’ve been goin there since mrs booth had it 20 plus years ago and the staff in there now are even better your in save hands there
