I have been registered with Jones Practice since 2008, and I did not sign up to be treated by Mr. Hitching. It appears he has arbitrarily decided which patients he wishes to treat, and unfortunately, his “selection” seems to have excluded those who have seen him over the past two years. Interestingly, my last couple of appointments were with a female dentist, which further suggests a shift in how patients are being allocated. I am extremely frustrated by Mr. Hitching apparent decision to pick and choose his patients. What he seems to overlook is that this practice is funded by the NHS and …
My family and I have been part of this practice for many years and we can not praise them enough. From front of house to the full team of dental staff there is nothing but a friendly and professional service. I highly recommend them. A wonderful family environment where you are made to feel welcome. The practice has made a very important decision to become private. I remain committed to my positive feedback and fully support them moving forward. I continue to highly recommend.
I have had a lifelong fear of the dentist and as a result, every visit has been a trauma for me. Following a recent infection and huge amount of pain, I have seen Aleeha several times. For the first time, my fear is more apprehension than the absolute terror it used to be. She goes at the pace I can manage and takes the time to really listen. I have felt in control of my experience from start to finish, which goes a very long way for the anxious patient.
This dentist is amazing. Full of welcoming caring and empathetic professionals. Every staff member is comforting and non judgmental and genuinely wants the best outcome for their patients. Very therapeutic environment welcomes by very infectious smiles at the reception desk.
