Paediatric and Special Care Community Dental Service Hainault Health Centre

Despite its listing, it is not a community dental service. My wife called because she was in extreme pain and running a fever from a bad tooth, and this place was one of the numbers we were given by NHS to call for emergency help in our community. The person that answered said that we should have called earlier because they have no spots available. They continued on to say that even if we had called early they would not help because they are referral only and only for those in the community. That they are for those with disabilities only. Telephone number is not working it never goes through

Very nice people, but lousy service. Visited 3 times with disabled son. Each time referred to someone else......but still no treatment. 2 disabled parking slots outside - always taken. Staff car park gated at rear. Receptionist offish when 3 mins late due to parking problems. Tried to phone on a Friday afternoon as the dentist who had promised to phone me didn't, the 4 new numbers for the service are all switched off.

The most miserable and unfriendly receptionist ever my child has been with them for over a year and I dread calling every time please get more than one woman answering the phones it’s always been the same woman ever since we’ve joined however the dentist are nice
