This practice and Fang in particular have helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. It is highly professional with staff who are efficient but very caring too. Whilst waiting for my appointment I overheard the receptionist dealing with an elderly lady on the phone who had had a problem and was obviously a bit distressed. I was really impressed by the kind,patient and sensitive way in which the situation was dealt with. The whole practice is to be commended.
