I took my daughter, who is neurodiverse and suffers from anxiety, for her first appointment at Overleigh Orthodontics today. The service my daughter received was exceptional. The staff team are absolutely brilliant at what they do. They had read my daughter’s medical history in advance of the session and made sure she was comfortable by moving her to a quieter, less busier waiting room. I would like to give, Orthodontic Therapist Tracey a special mention, as she made my daughter’s first experience the best it could possibly be. I’ve been under the care of Dr. Hain for the past 18 months while completing my braces treatment, and the experience has been outstanding. From the very beginning, Dr. Hain explained the entire process clearly and made sure I always understood what to expect at each stage. Have just taken off my braces, and im absolutely in love!!
