I took my daughter, who is neurodiverse and suffers from anxiety, for her first appointment at Overleigh Orthodontics today. The service my daughter received was exceptional. The staff team are absolutely brilliant at what they do. They had read my daughter’s medical history in advance of the session and made sure she was comfortable by moving her to a quieter, less busier waiting room. I’ve been under the care of Dr. Hain for the past 18 months while completing my braces treatment, and the experience has been outstanding. Have just taken off my braces, and im absolutely in love!! Was so quick and easy, no stress at all, I was taken care of and all members of staff were so extremely lovely and calling and changing appointment times was even easier!! 1000% reccomend, love my new teeth and extremely happy!!
