Just been for my appointment and I had a different dentist than usual. Her name was Jess, I suffer with severe anxiety going the dentists and jess was amazing, patient and reassuring. Jess gave me a few options regarding my dental work needed which was lovely. I left looking forward to going back for my next appointment which is something ive never felt before. Thank you so much great service.

Jess one of the dentists is not the best and should be avoided. Its all top show with her and no substance . It took Jess , who purports to be a professional , qualified dentist 4 ( FOUR) attempts to make the area in my mouth that needed attention numb . As a result of Jess's incompetance 15 minutes of my appointment time was lost due to her multiple attempts at trying to numb my gums so that she could carry out what should have been a simple procedure , which was to put a simple temporary filling in position to replace a chipped tooth. As a nervous patient, I was put at ease straight away by the lovey Irfaan! I’ve had extensive treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results! Irfaan and the amazing dental nurses put me at ease instantly. They are warm, kind and caring. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Will I still be nervous, yes probably! However I know that I will be instantly calmed by the wonderful team! Everyone from Bank House is truly exceptional!
