Booked in for what was supposed to be a simple £27 check-up and left wondering how it turned into a sales pitch. Apparently everything with my teeth was “fine,” yet within minutes I was being steered toward extra add-ons I never asked for, including a £150 mouth guard that felt completely unnecessary.
