The Dental Clinic - Springbank

Receptionist could learn a thing or two in customer care. Her attitude and the way she rudely spoke to me today on the phone was disgusting.

Must say that Rana at this practice goes above and beyond ... had an emergency appointment and was so happy with her and would recommend her to anyone .... but I do agree with other reviews... the reception staff could do with re training... customer service is poor ( but couldn't fault the dentist )

There's no zero or minus rating to give Springbank dental practise. They kick off my children a few years ago with no reason. When I called them, the explanation was *so many customers, we should cut some of them off". No letter, no reasonable criteria to reduce the numbers of the clients. It's been 4 years my children have no dental check as nowadays no dental practice accepts children.

The NHS dentistry service is fine, but communication is poor. We registered pre-Covid. During Covid we were told not to come in, and after Covid we had communication not to make appointments. I tried to contact by phone and email after a few months to make an appointment. When I eventually got through, I was told we had lost our NHS places as we'd left it too long! There was no letter or email to say places were at risk etc. I guess this is the state of the NHS rather than the dentist practice itself.
