This is a wonderful GP surgery. They served the needs of my elderly Mother wonderfully well during the pandemic lockdowns, and I am very impressed with the service they have recently provided me. The Reception Staff are friendly and thoughtful, the Nurse was wonderful, and I cannot praise Dr Mutlow highly enough for making me feel comfort and cared for. He inspired my confidence and I am very grateful to have him as my GP.

very rude receptionist, told us off being 3 minutes late, but usually waiting for my appointment over 20 mins. each time. working as a receptionist myself too and don't making too much hassle about patient being few mins late!

Absolutely useless. Rude receptionist, slow to respond to patient concerns. Blame Covid for everything. Have to chase up everything. Doctors will never see you or you have to wait weeks. Do yourself a favour and find another practice.
