Oriel Villas Dental Surgery

I have been coming to the surgery for years and it is easily the best one I have been to. The reception staff are pleasant and helpful, they always do their best to get suitable appointments. I started off seeing Jacob or Magda, I’m now in the capable hands of Meg. All of them are great, very nice people who do a very good job. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Saw Kate as I’d chipped a molar and needed advice. Both Kate and her lovely dental assistant were just great. Kate gave me three options on how to deal with the issue and we agreed on the less invasive option to file down the jagged edges to make it more comfortable for me. She did my routine check up whilst I was there which saved an addition appointment which was great. Very happy with my visit.

Meg is lovely, staff are friendly and recently we got an appointment quickly. Sadly they cannot take my my grandson into the practise which means he has to go to a practise in Gloucester.. would be good to have all of us who live together to be at the same dentist but....

I have been a patient at this practice for many, many years and I could not recommended them enough. Every single staff member I have seen has been so kind and welcoming and it often feels like you are part of their ‘dental family’. A huge thank you to the hygienists, Izabela and Monika who are always so gentle with me. A special mention to my regular dentist Lesya, who has often seen my tears fall due to my high dental anxiety, yet her patience, encouragement and kindness, ensures that I keep on top of my check-ups despite my fears.
