I had a great experience at Lovat Dental clinic. The consultation was very thorough, and Dr Andrew took the time to clearly explain everything about my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated the detailed explanation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. Overall, a very professional and caring team. I was referred to Lovat house for specialist root canal treatment on an infected molar. I was in much discomfort and quite anxious about the procedure as I’ve heard varying experiences from friends and colleagues. I’m so glad to say that all my concerns were allayed by Liliana Barros and her team. She was kind and welcoming, very knowledgeable and carefully explained the detail of the procedure, both before, during and after. Easy to find and park, the Lovat House Dental specialist lived up to its feedback. Very friendly receptionist, everything explained and seen on time. Great service. For those withimited mobility, the five steps at the front need a longer handrail for support and the side entrance is a slope but no handrail.
Manaf did a fantastic job fitting my crown and the outcome is very successful. I am in awe of his expertise and attention to detail. To be able to have the drilling work and fit a new crown on the same day is an exceptional service. The dental nurse was kind, gentle and reassuring. Thank you all 🙏
