Excellent consultation with Phil Walker. I hadn’t been to the dentist for quite some time, and my initial consultation at Illume was a very positive experience. Everyone at the practice was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Phil was excellent. In addition to a general examination, I had an X-ray, 3D scan, and an oral cancer screening. The 3D scan was particularly impressive as he could explain everything with the visual so it was easier to see and understand. Best Dental Practice in Cheltenham; from the dental care to the reception service, everything has been excellent. I have also received Orthodontic treatment with Illume which was I am so pleased I did as the results are amazing. I find the monthly cost incredibly reasonable considering what is included and have also included other family members on my plan. They also managed to fit my daughter in when she had an accident at school and needed an emergency check up within the hour.
Have been going to Illume every 6 months for over 10 years! They are simply brilliant. Can highly recommend Mike Heilbron, Phil and hygienist Leanne. Excellence at every level.
Joined this practice approximately a year ago and have nothing other than praise for the professionalism and service I’ve received. From initial assessment through to having a crown last year and an extraction recently. Reception staff are always pleasant and accommodating making and amending appointments. Dentist never rushes and explains everything that is to be done with options for future preventative work. Hygienist also the same. I was concerned about an extraction but again, the oral surgeon took his time, explained everything and I felt nothing. Recovery was quick again with no pain.
