Having lost part of my tooth enjoying my Sunday lunch, I telephoned the surgery on Monday to arrange an appointment. Despite not giving me any pain, Emma kindly booked me in the following day. Warren, the consummate professional he is, managed to do the necessary repair during this appointment, therefore not requiring a second visit. The whole process was pain free and better still I felt it was a fair price. A big thank you to all the team at Greyholme Dental Surgery!
So, I first approached after a fairly bad molar collapse. Pain free treatment as advertised. As time has gone on I genuinely enjoy my trips more. The hygienist team helped me quit smoking (the good natured telling off), and if you're honest about how you've been doing then they get you back on track. I shouldn't laugh that much during a scale and polish. They've also been there in emergencies, which means a lot. Would highly recommend, and great soundtrack in the hygienist room.
I have just joined the Greyholme Dental Suite, and blown away with the initial new patient appointments. Everyone is extremely friendly, and so professional, explaining every step of what they are doing. Really put me at ease. I've been visiting Greyholme Dental Suite for a few weeks now, I was petrified when I first started going , but the hygienist is absolutely amazing, so kind and patient with me ,explaining everything she is doing and always checking i'm ok while she working hard .My confidence going to the dentist has grown so much . What a fantastic team . Would 100% recommend this practice. Emma the receptionist always greets me with a cheerful welcome and a big smile Thank you all so much. It's a five star from me
