Wow what a fantastic welcoming clinic! Made me feel important to them and very respectful of my fear and medical issues that make some appointments easier than others. Wonderful staff with friendly smiles and really helpful with information and questions answered. Almost made going to the dentist a pleasure 🤣
Excellent service from Cambray Dental. The reception staff are friendly with first class customer service. When they promise to call you back they will do. Mr McElroy is friendly and highly professional and I always feel comfortable at my appointments. I fully recommend this dental practice.
I have had Hamish as my dentist for about 20 years and he is fab. Always cheerful and optimistic. He has guided me through some tough dental experiences. I have never felt rushed. Hamish always explains what he is doing as he is going along. Now, thankfully I just need check ups. I asked about the price of a new bridge and he said I didnf need one. I wouldn't want anyone else.
Timely reminders about my appointment. I was seen almost immediately after arriving; I only waited a short while in a pleasant waiting room with plenty of current magazines to read. The hygienist explained what she was doing at every stage and was very gentle. I spent very little time with the dentist (Andy) as this was a checkup and fortunately he didn't find any problems. The receptionists are always friendly and very efficient, too.
