The warm welcome on reception when I walked in for the first time, the dentist who put me at ease by explaining everything about my treatment so I could clearly understand it and talked me through each step whilst I was in the chair. This is the best dental surgery I have been at. The communication is excellent . I receive reminders and texts well in time for my appointments and any issues I have ever had have been dealt with quickly over the phone . The reception staff are polite and most professional. I have seen them deal with clients face to face and they have always tried to help and even when faced with difficult situations I have never heard them be anything but patient and helpful .
