Just wanted to say a massive thank you, it’s been years since i last went to a dentist and was panicking to even ring up but Laura was absolutely amazing on the phone, understanding and made me feel at ease and confident to come in. I signed on as a new NHS patient as I had an agonising tooth ache. Once registered I spoke to the receptionist to book an emergency visit but was told that the only availability was over a week. During this discussion I explained I couldn’t wait that long and said I would have to go private and I had the work done elsewhere. A week passes and I receive a call stating that I had missed an appointment.
