SpaDental Chard

I recently had a check-up. I was in the chair no more than 5 minutes, tops, (probably 3 to 4 minutes), after which point the dentist declared I was all good. Upon returning to reception I was confronted with a charge for over £70! If you work that out on an hourly rate it's ridiculous! I have raised a complaint and am waiting for a reply.

Karine and team were incredibly friendly, professional, kind and communicative to my child during their first extraction. I am very grateful for all the effort made to put my child at ease, and that they have NHS access to dental care. Thank you so very much again.

As a parent we try our best to get our kids to brush their teeth twice a day everyday for 2 minutes or do it for them until they get to that certain age they do it themselves. It's not always easy but we try our best and I feel you shouldn't get penalized for that. Our first time going and i don't want to go back again. I will do my very best to change a few things that hopefully will help more but I certainly will NOT pin my child down to clean their teeth or even lock them in the bathroom until it's done so thank you for your advice but I will decline on that as that will be more traumati…

My first appointment at Spa Dental, Chard with Karine was wonderful, I never thought I would ever enjoy a visit to the dentist, but Karine, Emily and Suzy were so exceptional and professional, it was a joy to be in their safe hands. I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for a lovely experience. My second appointment at Spa Dental Chard, was perfect, if ever an extraction could be enjoyable, Karine made it so. Her skill, professionalism and customer care was exceptional once again. I consider myself extremely fortunate that she is my dentist.
