Years ago I had a bad experience with a dentist and it made me petrified to go see another. But needs must and the new dentist I saw today was brilliant. She seemed to appreciate I was scared and was very gentle and her assistant was also very calming. Recommend this practice to anyone.
Friendly & professional from reception to the examination room, even when under pressure due to being short staffed. Very efficient, offered advice for what to do at the next appointment and didn't force any unnecessary treatments. Highly recommend this practice.
After four cancellations over the last few months, it was something to get a dental appointment with Joao yesterday. He was very kind and thorough when doing my check up (despite my being around five minutes late) which was carried out quite quickly to keep within the appointment duration. However, he was very understanding of my Autism and explained everything clearly when he deemed my teeth A1 fit. And I didn't need to have a polish either. I asked his advice about the toothpaste and he said what I was using is fine. My experience with Charlotte at Reception was not a happy one, however.…
Succesful painless root canal work. Worst part were the two jabs at the beginning which were not bad at all. Quick, efficient expert work carried out. Thank you
