Very good customer service. Reception staff are always attentive, helpful and polite. The dentists are the best I have come across.
I have been a patient of Laws Dental for 10 years and they are the best dental practice I have ever been lucky enough to attend. Very kind, thoughtful and understanding. Also amazingly painLESS. Definitely 100% out of 100% top score :-)
I have been a patient with this practice since it first opened and have always considered the dental care as excellent. This was put to the test a few days ago when I had terrible toothache and had to phone to request an emergency appointment. I sincerely thank Graham Laws and his team for the positive experience including the empathy shown, the efficiency in arranging the appointment and finally for the excellent treatment. A highly professional service.
After being attacked in 2013 when a number of my teeth came out they were absolutely brilliant and got me treated very quickly and efficiently, Two years ago the replacements had fallen out, however unfortunately i am still waiting to have them put back in. I had two appointments in January which I received a phone call on the day of, telling me they were cancelled then again this morning when I had an appointment at 2pm this afternoon telling me it was cancelled, I really don't know what to do im sick fed up being treated so poorly and just being put off time and again if there was another…
