Very friendly professional staff, providing a good service but be careful of any unscheduled work as the cost can rise quickly. When queried the practice manager is very illusive and dismissive (even the staff don't know when he will be back in, and he seems to work from home ? )Reluctantly. a month later he replied to my email and clearly had no intention of looking into my pricing query as he claimed I had booked an emergency and a scheduled appointment on the same day ,he wont even pick the phone up to discuss it with you. I emailed him back but was ignored. I have since left the practice
My experience today with Dr. Lorna Sabetti was excellent. I have had a terrible experience from another practice in the past. Dr. Sabetti and her assistant looked after me completely. I felt at ease, I was included me in every step of the procedure. There was no rushing and I was given breaks to ease my jaw. When I was contacted by the reception team it was a persona le conversation. I had my temperature checked and my hands sprayed and the room had extractor tubing so I felt Covid Safe.
I had an accident at work with a coffee table and ended up damaging 3 of my front teeth. I was able to be seen the same day at Viva dental and given a thorough examination. They were absolutely fantastic and really put my mind to rest. I have been back for a further visit since my initial visit and I'm glad to say that you really can't tell that there has been any damage to my teeth. I can't sing the praises of Dr Sabeti high enough. Thank you
I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time and to be honest never really trusted them. I went to Viva Dental after being recommended by a friend. I found all the staff exceptionally friendly and they really put me at ease, I now like going for my 6 month check ups with the dentist and can safely say that they have gained a customer for life!!!
