Amazing service for my daughter. Her retainer (Not from Smileville) had broken and following calls to her own dentist she was given list of prices for this that and the other with dates weeks delays. Her mum called Smileville who told her to come in before 5pm that day. They scanned her teeth/mouth digitally and told her to come back before 7pm to collect. When she went back she was given the original moulds for her teeth (She has good teeth now after years of NHS treatment which we desperately didnt want to spoil by having no retainer) plus the new retainers. I had a fantastic experience at Smileville Orthodontics! I recently went in to have my upper fixed retainer repaired, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The repair was done efficiently and with great care, and the results were perfect. It's clear that everyone at Smileville genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of orthodontic care!
This is an excellent orthodontists. The staff are very friendly, the clinic is immaculate and there is parking outside. The invisalign system has made a huge difference to my daughter who was dreading having braces. Thank you 😊
