Robotic staff and no sense procedure. I made a call first thing on Monday 8am as a filling has cracked, got right through then to be told i would get a call back at 9am to see if i could be fit in. This is to do with the severity of the phone calls that are in that morning. Thats fine there may be others alot worse off. I call back to see when the next booking i can do which i am told is Thursday. I say thats fine i can put up with it until then atleast i can sort my work life out. Lovely practice. Reception are so welcoming. Lovely Kieron on the desk who always makes sure I’m okay and deals with my appointments. 10/10. Recommend

Brilliant dentist. Always very accommodating and they can give you appointments the same day for emergencies. Also all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Brought my daughter for her check up and had to come back on two separate occasions for treatment, each time we saw Natalie who is a trainee, and Agnieszka who was the dental nurse. They were both fantastic with my daughter who was very nervous, they really put her at ease and made the experience a lot better for her. Natalie talked through everything she did before she did it, and explained everything in a way she understood.
