First contacted 21D in Jan 2025 following more teeth extractions and more additions to my partial top and bottom dentures as single implants were not an option for me due to periodental disease. I was approved by 21D for an assessment which I had a few weeks later in March and was advised that due to infections and periodental disease there was a good chance I would lose all my teeth over the next 5 years.
