Had a good honest talk with Chelsea Madison & Ollie and felt a lot better and clearer regarding the changeover of the business - all 3 staff were so professional. 1st class care and concerns about me moving forwards - I was with the previous owners 37 years and they disappeared into thin air with no explanations
Annual appointment with the hygienist this week. As always first class treatment. Friendly and professional, no finger wagging just gentle advise on how to improve maintenance on problem areas. Beautiful clean practice, a pleasure to attend appointment.
Excellent dentist,Sarah Downs! Very competent, pleasant and caring. The dental treatment I have received has been first class!
The dentist and hygienist were excellent, however I was not happy with reception. It looked scruffy, was dark and boiling hot! The receptionist wearing a mask was unwell, but she removed the mask to talk-pointless! This was clearly a good way of spreading her illness! 🙁
