I have been with this practice many years and have always had excellent care. All the staff (receptionists, nurses, hygienists, dentists) are very friendly and super helpful. Richard is my dentist and he is fab, I never feel any pain or discomfort when he has done any work on my teeth. Sarah is my normal hygienist and she’s fab too. To be honest at times when I have seen different dentists/hygienists they have all been really professional and excellent. I fully recommend this practice.
Well, I had a wisdom tooth extraction at the royal glamorgan on Tuesday of this week. They sent me home without a gauze or anti-biotics incase of infection. Surprise- I have an infection and my face is very swollen and painful. Rhiwbina dental practice fitted me in straight away this morning and prescribed anti biotics along with an inspection of my mouth. Such a beautiful practice, and such wonderful staff. They were all so professional- alongside , so friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to kirsty, Ellie, hayley for putting me at ease and helping me to relax as I have a real fear of dental…
Very calm , welcoming practice. All staff from receptionists to dental nurses and hygienists put you at ease and make the whole experience gentle. And the main man Nick Claydon and his colleagues are the best ever. As someone who has always been nervous of dentists I truly appreciate their care
Not unusually, this was a very good experience. I arrived just on time and was seen with no delay by both Hygienist and then Dentist. Both examinations were thorough (and painless), so I departed well satisfied as usual. It's why I continue to travel for 50 miles for the service. Ieuan
