Got my daughter in for her first consultation. Very friendly and professional staff. Turns out my daughter will be needing braces. Orthodontist Beth explained the procedure very well, and nurse Sarah went through with us both about wearing braces, hygiene etc. It felt very relaxed and my daughter was very happy with the experience. Did not have to wait long at all either.
My daughter's teeth are beautiful thanks to the team at The Orthodontic Centre! During all her visits the staff were kind, helpful and always made her feel at ease. Any issue we had was addressed immediately. Big thanks to Hayley and Mel. She is now very confidently smiling 😃
Beth (orthodontist) has led the dental care for both my sons. She’s very good at explaining the issues she’s assessed and the options available. She genuinely cares, as a parent herself. Natalie, the nurse on this occasion, was also lovely and very knowledgeable too. I would highly recommend myorthodontist to both private and NHS patients (and parents of patients).
I had my braces removed today and wanted to say a huge thank you to Beth and Hayley for their help in perfecting my smile over the past 13 months. From the moment I walked into the centre I was greeted by a professional, dedicated and compassionate team who made me feel at ease from day 1 and throughout my treatment. Beth gave expert advice from a wealth of experience of what options were available to me whilst considering my preferences.
