Managed to get an emergency appointment within 2 hours after being in excruciating pain. Staff treated me very well on arrival and throughout my treatment and have no faults there. Look the cost is what it is, im not saying it cheap, how it compares to other dentists around I do not know but ultimately if your going private you have to be prepared to pay and the fact I got in almost straight away did soften the blow. Modern practice. The staff are really welcoming. I visited Dr Mancuso who was very informative and put me at ease. I tried the smile screen they had, showed a lovely picture of what my smile will eventually look like.
Perfectly located for living in Llandaff (an easy 5 minute walk!). Very friendly and welcoming. No fuss and efficient first appointment with Dr Mancuso. We had a very much appreciated open and honest conversation about expectations and goals of treatment including whitening and a refresh of my composite bonding. Impressed to achieved so much in one appointment and already have a plan in place for treatment going forward.
Absolutely wonderful experience at Dental Lounge Cardiff! Being a nervous patient, I was made to feel instantly at ease. The practice itself is absolutely gorgeous, made better by how lovely and friendly the staff are. Excellent location and easy to park at too, which is a bonus!
