I’ve always been terrified of the dentist but the level of care and professionalism, along with the friendliness of the staff really takes the terror out of the whole experience. Rupert is the best dentist I’ve ever had, he really takes the time to explain what’s going on and talks you through all the options, and is gentle in his approach. Anne-Marie is a lovely nurse who a knows her stuff and is 10/10 at putting people at ease, and Megan on reception is always smiling and ready to help. Have just visited the dentist,,a warm welcome upon arrival. On time appointment no waiting around, into to see Nate (the dentist) who is always smiling and makes you feel relaxed straight away. Good information given about treatment required. Great interaction with him. Would highly recommend this practice.
Since joining this surgery a few months ago my fear of the dentist has been completely cured, and I'm always happy to go there. I needed quite a bit of work and Dr Nathaniel Davie has made it all as comfortable and painless as possible, and is always very calm and professional. All of the staff who work there are very welcoming and kind, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new dental surgery.
I’m so grateful to this dental practice! I had a severe toothache and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment the same day. The dentist was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. The tooth extraction was quick, professional, and far less stressful than I expected.
